Daily use is recommended! We also suggest to limit each muscle group to about 5-15 minutes to prevent overstimulation, but this is totally up to you and what you feel comfortable with.

Design and headquarters are in the United Kingdom; production is handled in certified factories in Germany, Japan and the UK under strict quality standards. We will be opening our US warehouse within Q2-Q3 of 2025.
